I miss Lewis.
You might have to pay for TypePad but mine is on automatic so every January it just up and sucks itself right out of my account. My point is, just because it's been more than a year since his last post and his TypePad blog is still up doesn't mean a damn thing.
We get attached to people whether we meet them face to face or not. They become part of our lives. We learn things about them, or in my case, they learn things about us and Lewis didn't say much but when he did, he said a lot. In maybe three or six words.
I keep going back to check, every once in awhile to see if there's something more than that last Levon Helm post but there isn't and maybe if that's going to be what I keep listening to then that isn't so terrible.
I miss Lewis. That's all. I'd say a lot more but it would feel like a eulogy and I surely do not feel like going there.
Just another Tennessee blogger with something to say (worth listening to).
